Returns Policy for Blackstone Bespoke

At Blackstone Bespoke, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our creations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process should you need to make a return.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Our goal is to offer a hassle-free return experience, so we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
    • Custom and personalised items, including rings or pieces with custom engravings, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please write to us at hello@blackstonebespoke.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we approve the return, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the item back.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Approved Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. On approved returns, store credit will be issued, and you will be notified via email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for our team to process the return.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the fault. Return shipping for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised pieces, including custom engraved jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

As all rings are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend confirming your size before placing an order using a ring sizer or our Ring Sizing Guide.

If your ring requires adjustment, we offer a resizing service for a flat fee of $25 AUD. Return shipping costs associated with resizing are the responsibility of the customer.
