Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Our goal is to offer a hassle-free return experience, so we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
    • Custom and personalized items, including rings or pieces with engraving, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please write to us at info@blackstonebespoke.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we approve the return, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the item back.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note, that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the fault. Return shipping for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or personalized items, including engraved rings or jewellery.
    • Gift cards.
    • Sale items
    • We do not accept returns on incorrect ring sizes. Rings are made to order, please ensure you order the correct size. We offer a resize service for a flat rate of $25 AUD, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
