Interested in a piece but not sure of your size? Don't worry, grab a ring sizer to keep in your top drawer. This will ensure a correct fit when buying a new ring.
Easy to use! Simply close the ring sizer over your desired finger until it is fitted and comfortable. The arrow on the ring sizer will indicate your size. Jump back onto our website and purchase your new piece with confidence.
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your piece, store credit will be issued to use toward your next purchase.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 AUD within Australia. Your pieces will be carefully packaged and dispatched with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
For orders under $250 AUD, standard shipping rates will apply.
If your ring isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a resizing service for a flat rate of $25 AUD. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways.
If you’re unsure of your size, we recommend selecting a slightly smaller fit—it’s easier to increase a ring by one to two sizes than to reduce it.
