1. Deposit
A $60 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is fully credited toward any purchase or custom order made within 6 months of your visit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Need to change your time? No problem — just give us at least 24 hours' notice, and we'll happily rebook you.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows without notice will forfeit the deposit and may affect eligibility for future bookings.

3. Arrival & Timing

• As this is a private home studio, appointments run strictly to time — please arrive on time so we can make the most of your hour together.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, at our discretion.

4. Location & Privacy

• The studio address will be provided upon booking confirmation and is a private residence. Please treat the address and location as confidential and do not share publicly.
• Appointments are limited to 1-2 guests unless otherwise arranged in advance, out of respect for the intimate nature of the space.

5. Heirloom & Personal Items

• If you bring personal jewellery, heirloom pieces, or loose stones to your appointment, please note these remain your responsibility. We recommend photographing items beforehand. Blackstone Bespoke takes reasonable care but is not liable for loss or damage to items brought by clients unless left with us under a separate agreement.

6. Minors

• Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the appointment.

7. Photography

• We may take photos or short videos during your visit for behind-the-scenes content (e.g. social media, email marketing). Let us know at the time of your appointment if you'd prefer not to be included, and we'll happily respect that.

8. Health & Safety

• Please let us know in advance of any allergies (e.g. metals, cat allergies) or accessibility needs so we can prepare accordingly.
• Please note our home studio has a resident cat (Bobbi Marley).
• Our studio is located on the third floor and is accessible via stairs only, with no lift access. If this presents any difficulty, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss options.
