Yes, you can return your piece. We accept returns for store credit within 60 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your piece, store credit will be issued to use toward your next purchase.

Complimentary shipping is available on all Australian orders over $250 AUD. Once complete, your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Shipping costs for international orders and Australian orders under $250 AUD are calculated at checkout.

Every Blackstone piece is made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Shipping timeframes apply once your piece has been completed.

If your ring isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a resizing service for a flat rate of $25 AUD. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

If you’re unsure of your size, we highly recommend using a ring sizer to ensure correct sizing. If you don't have one, you can order one here, or check out our Sizing Page for more information.

If you are in between sizes when using a ring sizer, we suggest selecting a slightly smaller fit—it’s easier to increase a ring by one to two sizes than to reduce it.
